Pickup times move with the sunset and are updated every two to four weeks: first pickup around 08:15–08:30 in winter, 09:15–09:45 in spring and autumn, 10:00–10:30 in summer; the three points are 15 minutes apart.
Your booking shows your exact time, and your guide confirms it by WhatsApp or LINE the evening before.
Drop-off is at the same three points, about 40–65 minutes after sunset.
The whole day is built backwards from sunset — the times are recalculated every two to four weeks so that Gwakji and Aewol land at golden hour.
That is why the first pickup on the same tour moves from about 08:15 in midwinter to about 10:30 in midsummer, with midwinter sunset around 17:30.
The tour operates in light rain.
Suwolbong is exposed and can be windy — bring a light jacket even in summer. The Cheonjeyeon loop has stair sections that get slippery when wet.
If we cancel the entire tour because of unsafe conditions, you will be offered another date or a full refund.
If an individual site is closed by the authorities, we visit a suitable alternative and tell you before the change.
About one hour at a local restaurant in the Jungmun area (own expense, around ₩12,000–20,000). Your guide recommends black pork, seafood stew or vegetarian options.
The restaurant varies by day. Bring cash or a card for lunch and for the cafés at O'Sulloc and Aewol.

The latest-finishing season — pickup 10:00–10:30, back 20:25–20:55. The long west-coast evening leaves plenty of time to wait for the sun at Gwakji and Aewol.

It is a working tea estate: rows of tea bushes, a green-tea café, a tea shop and the Innisfree cosmetics store next door, with a small exhibition room. Most guests spend the time in the fields and the café.

Pickup times move with the sunset through the year so that the Aewol stop falls around sunset. A clear sunset depends on the weather.

Jeju International Airport is one of the three pickup and drop-off points — meet outside the 3rd-floor Departures hall at Gate 3. Because the tour ends after sunset, it does not suit a same-day evening flight.
The 2nd tier, a 30 m drop, flows year-round and is the view most guests photograph.
The 1st tier fills only after heavy rain — on dry days the upper pond sits glassy and reflective instead. The loop is about 0.8 km and takes roughly 30 minutes, with several stair sections.
